ANA World’s Fair of Money
Organized by American Numismatic Association
10–14 August 2027 · Rosemont, Illinois, USA
The American Numismatic Association’s summer show — hundreds of coin dealers and talks by leading numismatists.
Overview
The World’s Fair of Money is the American Numismatic Association’s summer convention, held in a different US city each year: Pittsburgh in 2026, and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, near Chicago, in 2027. Its bourse floor brings together hundreds of coin dealers for buying, selling and trading, alongside lectures and presentations by numismatists.
Like the World Money Fair in Berlin, it serves collectors first. Bullion buyers will find plenty of dealers, but most of the expertise on show is about rarity, grading and history rather than metal content.
Who should attend
Best for coin collectors, and for physical-bullion buyers in North America who want to compare many dealers in person.
Newer buyers can use the talks to learn the basics of grading and authentication before buying.
What to expect
A large dealer bourse, lectures and presentations, and exhibits, over five days in August. The ANA had not posted 2027 admission or hours as of October 2026.
Geographic emphasis
American, with the show moving between US cities from year to year.
